We’re happy to offer free stuff to those who respect the law.

The items offered through The 3/50 Project are for your use, without edits, omissions, additions, alterations, twisting, turning, folding into paper airplanes, or other stuff that changes them. It’s okay to use in the exact form provided; just don’t tinker with the content between outer edges (see our Terms of Use and FAQ page for more info) or you’re into Federal and State Trademark and Copyright Violation Land.

Also keeping with the protections offered by our registered trademarks and copyrights, use of our brand, images, name, content, etc. beyond what’s specified on the Resources page must be approved in writing first. Seriously. Getting caught after the fact only makes matters worse—just like in high school, but waaaay more expensive (and a little bit smarmy).

Note: We do not ever, ever, ever allow third party use of our horizontal banner logo, shown at the top of our website pages, flyers, signs, window signage, etc. Doesn’t matter what you intend to do with it. That one’s off limits.
